The name of our restaurant was chosen as a tribute to my brother, who truly believed that Texas was the greatest country on earth!

What is Texas famous for? Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, great sports teams, ten gallon hats and boots, chili, the King Ranch, cattle, sheep, farms, cowboys, the Alamo, and GOOD  Southern COOKIN just to name a few. Stop in and see us. We'd love to see you!
